Registration Conditions
After your registration has been processed, you will receive an immediately payable invoice for the participation fees.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees will be charged. After this time, no refund is possible unless you name a substitute person who will take over the full amount of your booked registration. Without written cancellation, no refund of participation fees will be made under any circumstances.

Cancellation of Events and Liability
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone events due to insufficient number of participant. In this case, the registered participants and speakers will be notified at least four weeks before the start of the event. If an event is cancelled at short notice due to illness of the speakers, force majeure or other unforeseeable events, there is no entitlement to the event being held. Likewise, in the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, there will be no reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs or of expenses incurred due to work loss.

The organizer shall only be liable for damages in the event of his own fault or that of his vicarious agents in the event of intent or gross negligence. Further liability and claims for damages, which do not concern the injury of life, body or health, are excluded, as far as there is no intent or gross negligence of the organizer.

Declaration of consent to film and photo recordings (§ 22 KUG)
By participating in the events of the Academy Ottenstein you agree that for the purpose of documentation, illustration and presentation of the event of the Academy Ottenstein pictures and/or videos of you will be taken and used for promotional and editorial purposes in connection with the event for an unlimited period of time and as often as desired for publication in all media, in particular
- on the homepages
- in (print) publications
- in promotional measures such as advertisements
- on profiles in social networks
may be used by the Ottenstein Academy and processed for this purpose. Your declared consent may only be revoked in the event of changed circumstances and for reasons arising from your particular situation, provided that you can no longer reasonably be expected to adhere to your consent.

Please note that photos on the Internet can be accessed by any person. It cannot be ruled out that such persons will continue to use the photos or pass them on to other persons.
